Public Hearing: to receive written and oral testimony on an application
for approval of a partition to create an additional lot and three variances to
lot size requirements to permit the partition. The applicant is also seeking
municipal approval of six variances to encroach into the side setbacks. The
subject properties are generally located as 1645 Third Street, 1655 Third Street,
1705 Third Street, 1715 Third Street, 1725 Third Street and 1735 Third Street.
The application was submitted by Gene Davis. Dr. Davis is the manager of E&V Development LLC, the
property owner.

MARCH 10, 2010 - 3:00 PM
The Columbia City Council will hold a Workshop
Session on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. for the purpose of discussing
a proposed local option levy. The
meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and is will be
open to the public.
