AGENDA ITEM 1 CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL:
CONVENED:
The meeting was called to order by Chair Kanzler at 7:30 p.m.
Chair Kanzler led the flag salute.

Leahnette Rivers, City Administrator/Recorder
Jim Bundy, Superintendent of Public Works
A quorum was present and due notice had been published.
AGENDA ITEM 2 REVIEW OF PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001/02:
Mayor Young noted that the Community Profile section could be updated to include information about the new Library, and Leahnette Rivers said the new Census information will also be added to the section when it becomes available. Members of the Committee indicated that they had no further questions about the proposed budget.
AGENDA ITEM 3 APPROVAL OF BUDGET OR ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEXT MEETING DATE, TIME AND LOCATION:
MOVED (LADD), SECONDED (MARSON) AND CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY TO ACCEPT AND APPROVE THE BUDGET AS PROPOSED FOR 2001/02 FISCAL YEAR.
MOVED (HUDSON), SECONDED (LADD) AND CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY TO APPROVE THE PROPOSED MILLAGE RATE, EQUAL TO A TAX LEVY OF $1.1346 PER $1,000.00 ASSESSED VALUE.
AGENDA ITEM 4 ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business to come before the Committee, MOVED (HUDSON), SECONDED (SCHMOR) AND CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY THAT THE MEETING ADJOURN AT 7:40 P.M.
