AGENDA ITEM 1 CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL:

The meeting was called to order by Council President, Bob Schmor, at 7:14 p.m.

Leahnette Rivers, City Administrator/Recorder
A quorum was present and due notice had been published.
AGENDA ITEM 7 ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEXT MEETING DATE, TIME AND LOCATION:
Leahnette Rivers explained that some of the Budget Committee Members may not have received proper notice of tonight's meeting. As a result, Council President Schmor recommended this meeting and public hearing will be continued on Wednesday, June 8th, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
MOVED (MARSON), SECONDED (HUDSON) AND CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY THAT THIS MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARINGS BE CONTINUED ON JUNE 8, 2005, 7:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL.
AGENDA ITEM 8 ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business to come before the Committee, the meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
