AGENDA ITEM 1 CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL:

Mayor Cheryl A. Young called the special joint meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

ATTORNEY PRESENT:
Harold Olsen, City Attorney (departed 5:50 p.m.)
A quorum was present and due notice had been published.

AGENDA ITEM 2 EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Council met in Executive Session in accordance
with ORS 192.660(1)(e) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real estate transactions and in accordance with ORS 192.660(1)(f) to consider records that are exempt from public inspection and in accordance with ORS 192.660(1)(h) to consult with legal counsel with regard to potential litigation.
The Council convened in Executive Session at 5:30 p.m.
The Council reconvened in Open Session at 5:50 p.m.
The Council recessed at 5:50 p.m.
The Council reconvened at 6:00 p.m.
AGENDA ITEM 3 EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Council met in Special Joint Executive Session
with the City Council of the City of St. Helens in accordance with ORS 192.660(1)(e) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real estate transactions and in accordance with ORS 192.660(1)(f) to consider records that are exempt from public inspection.
The Councils convened in Joint Executive Session at 6:05 p.m.
The Councils reconvened in Open Session at 6:39 p.m.
AGENDA ITEM 4 ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 6:39 p.m.
