Columbia City Parks Committee/Citizen Advisory Committee Meeting

Meeting called to order.
Cherry Williams, Tara Byler and Anna Zirker introduced themselves to the Parks and Citizen Advisory Committee Members. They explained that they were hired by the City to develop a Parks Master Plan. Anna reviewed a listing of park possibilities with members present. Those present provided their wish lists for park activities, gave input on necessary facilities, listed ideas for location of potential sites and tried to have insight for prioritization of park development.
The next meeting will be held on June 27th when we will receive feedback from the CIDA representatives and a preview (possibly) of the Master Parks Plan. A questionnaire will be included in the next newsletter to gather public input about park needs.
