ORDINANCE NO. 350
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING "THROUGH" TRAFFIC ON FRONT PLACE ALLEY AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
THE CITY OF COLUMBIA CITY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. [Declaring Closure.] Front Place Alley from "H" Street to "I" Street is hereby made and declared closed to all "through" motor vehicular traffic.
Section 2. [Prohibiting Violation.] No person shall operate a motor vehicle in violation of Section 1 of this ordinance.
Section 3. [Penalty.] Any person who has been found guilty of a violation of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a traffic infraction and shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $100.
Passed by the council and approved by the mayor April 5, 1979.
