ORDINANCE NO. 382
AN ORDINANCE MAKING SECOND PLACE A ONE-WAY STREET FROM "I" STREET TO "L" STREET.
THE CITY OF COLUMBIA CITY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. [One-Way Street Declared] Second Place is hereby declared to be designated as and made a one-way street on all of that portion lying between its intersection with "I" Street and "L" Street.
Section 2. [Direction of Travel] All vehicles traveling upon Second Place between its intersection with "I" Street and "L" Street shall travel in a southerly direction.
Section 3. [Posting of Signs] The Public Works Department of the City of Columbia City is hereby authorized and instructed to install the appropriate signs designating Second Place as a one-way street in that section described herein.
Passed by the council and approved by the mayor October 1, 1981.
